I have an older Edge and the damage was minimal. However they were so courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, prepared and informative. Navigating the insurance issues can be tricky and they had it all under control for us including managing the rental car. I hope we don't need to use their collision services again any time soon, but if you're looking for a company who knows good ol' fashioned excellent customer service, please give them a chance to impress you!

The guys who did the work were great the car looks like new again. They even detaliled the car inside and out. If I ever need body work on my car again, I will definetly go to Auto Craft in Springfield, Oregon.

I plan on bringing in my car again to get some scratches fixed from being backed into at a parking lot!
