I have used Auto Craft for decades (at least 30 years) for ALL my auto body repairs. They do beautiful work, I will admit that. BUT, I just... read more finished a deal with them to do repair work; and when I went to pick up the car, I discovered about a $300 more dollars then I planned on. I had two different repairs done so that means $250. each. I thought that was nice of them to give me a $52.00 break off the first deductible; charging me only $193. As a customer I thought that was really nice that they would do that; I felt 'important' as a customer. After all, the total repair was close to $3,000. When they did the 2nd repair job I had to pay of course the $250. deductible. Which I can understand that. HOWEVER (and I have NO idea why they did this) now I have a 2nd claim and they wrote each job up separately; also understandable. My total bill for both jobs $670. WHICH there was an overcharge to me for $227. BUT when I dropped by to get the refund check it was for only $170.25 and when I asked them why, they said, BECAUSE they rescinded the $52. they had given me off the first deductible. That makes NO sense. That was like a SLAP in the face. I now felt like a not so important customer at all. BAD customer service in my opinion. They made a lot of money off me that day; to which was mostly covered by insurance. AND, the difference between $227 vs. $170.25 isn't all that much. IT
is NOT about the money (well it is for them), it's about being embarrassed because of how quickly I went from being an honored customer to a schmuck.Why on earth would they give it to me to begin with and then disallow it when I asked for a refund? I have NO idea why they did that, but I will never take any future cars for repair at that facility; even AFTER 30 years of being a loyal customer. I will make sure everyone I know who asks me where to take their cars for repairs NOT to take them to Auto Craft because you are NOT important; what is important is how much they can make off of you to repair your autos!
Even my insurance agent was irritated and thought it was not customer service friendly.

They took great care of my car and it looked like new again. I am very happy with the work and service I received. Thank you.

  This shop had my car for 30+ days and did a horrible job on it. The paint was so bad that it was like the texture of an orange, very... read more bumpy and had runs in the paint. It also had things that didnt work correctly and they had glued pieces on instead if using the appropriate hardware. It was a complete nightmare. I took it to the main branch on W11th and was treated terribly, like we were being difficult clients. They took my car to "fix" it and gave it back still in terrible condition and the guy said "I dont know what to tell you". Their idea of a "fix" was to do a wet sand and call it good. I had to file a claim on Auto Craft and got my car re-fixed at Abra Auto Body who did a great job at repairing what A.C. had messed up. It took them 3+ weeks to finish it. Wost experience in customer service ever from Auto Craft. I dont reccomend this company.

Got the car back in just two days (I was expecting 3 to 4) in pristine condition. The car looked brand new again, was clean inside and out, and didn't smell like a dirty mechanic when I got it back. (That's another Yelp story that has yet to be written.)

  I got my car back yesterday and it only took 3 days! I was backed into, and I needed the front of my bumper fixed (paint cracked) - my insurance... read more recommend them. I'm beyond glad they did! Derrick was very helpful, and I was surprised to find that my car was vacuumed out and washed when I picked it up. I plan on bringing in my car again to get some scratches fixed from being backed into at a parking lot!

  Auto Craft did an excellent job of working out several deep scratches and also hard water spots from my Honda's clear coat finish. Very professional and friendly staff.
