All I can say is WOW. The AutoCraft team on W. 11th in Eugene was astonishing. After checking with two other collision shops in town who seemed to care less whether they got our business or not, AutoCraft treated us like royalty. I have an older Edge and the damage was minimal. However they were so courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, prepared and informative. Navigating the insurance issues can be tricky and they had it all under control for us including managing the rental car. The body work done on my car was exceptional. The amount of time it took was a little longer than expected due to the virus Covid-19. I didn’t go through my insurance so the cost was out of pocket. The parts Manager worked with me to get me the best deal I could get. The guys who did the work were great the car looks like new again. They even detaliled the car inside and out. If I ever need body work on my car again, I will definetly go to Auto Craft in Springfield, Oregon.
