This place is extremely professional, efficient, and provides personal service! I will definitely be back if I should ever need their expertise!

I had a problem with my passenger door. Friends of mine recommended AutoCraft. I delt with two different women that worked there. They were both knowledgeable, professional, and awesome. They diagnosed and fixed the problem and since it was easy for them, didn’t charge me a dime. Just said remember them when I really need them. I certainly will and wish I could give AutoCraft 6 stars for the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time.

The body work done on my car was exceptional. The amount of time it took was a little longer than expected due to the virus Covid-19. I didn’t go through my insurance so the cost was out of pocket. The parts Manager worked with me to get me the best deal I could get. The guys who did the work were great the car looks like new again. They even detaliled the car inside and out. If I ever need body work on my car again, I will definetly go to Auto Craft in Springfield, Oregon.
