  All I can say is WOW. The AutoCraft team on W. 11th in Eugene was astonishing. After checking with two other collision shops in town who seemed to care less... read more whether they got our business or not, AutoCraft treated us like royalty. I have an older Edge and the damage was minimal. However they were so courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, prepared and informative. Navigating the insurance issues can be tricky and they had it all under control for us including managing the rental car. I hope we don't need to use their collision services again any time soon, but if you're looking for a company who knows good ol' fashioned excellent customer service, please give them a chance to impress you!
